SAVE THE DATE - Sunday, June 14th!

After the 10:30am worship service everyone is invited to meet in the Fellowship Hall and see the latest revisions to the plans for our Sanctuary renovation. The changes are based on the congregation's constructive survey feedback. There may (may) be pie involved again, so please do join us! VBS 2026: Supplies and Volunteers Needed!

We are looking for adult size shoe boxes for craft activates. Any that you can donate would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, adults and youth are needed for Crew Leaders, Monday - Thursday, July 13-16, 9:00-12:00. You will be responsible for leading a group of 6-8 children to their different Stations (crafts, games, story, memory verse, experiments, and snacks).

LUMC is seeking an administrative assistant.

Applicants must have good people skills. They must be able to greet visitors and callers in a friendly and welcoming manner. They must be patient, attentive and a good listener to those who call or visit and compassionate to their needs. Applicant must be proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable working in a networked computer environment. They should be knowledgeable in operating office equipment such as copiers, postage machines, answering machines, fax machines and folding machines.

Responsibilities include: providing administrative support for Pastors and other staff members; preparing weekly Sunday bulletins (and others as needed); preparing a “This Week at LUMC eLight;” maintaining and tracking membership and attendance; maintaining a church calendar and coordinating requests for use of the church; and providing church food pantry customer service.

Join us for the 2026 Vacation Bible School, RAINFOREST FALLS, Exploring the Nature of God!

- July 12, 5:00-6:30 p.m. Family Night including supper and study
- July 13-16, 9:00 am - 12:00 noon

Children in 2nd grade through High School are invited to become Acolytes and Crucifers.

Training will be provided at your convenience. We schedule Acolytes and Crucifers for Communion Sundays (the first Sunday of each month). They may also be scheduled for special services during Lent and Advent. We look forward to your participation.
