We had such a beautiful celebration for our baby Yisroel’s first birthday. During the celebration, both bubbies shared memories of our fathers, for whom he is named.

It meant so much to me to speak about my father and share a few stories and memories. There is so much I look forward to telling Yisroel about his namesakes and the beautiful legacies they left behind. The connection between generations is such a beautiful gift, and sharing those memories and brachos for our sweet Yisroel made the day even more meaningful.

Stuffed Collard Gem Rolls + Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients

* 1 bunch fresh collard
(Washed and checked for bugs)
* 2 carrots, cut julienne
* 2 zucchini, cut julienne
* 1 onion, cut julienne
* 3 cloves fresh garlic, slivered
* 5 beef tomatoes, broiled with spices to create homemade tomato sauce
* Salt, pepper, oregano, and fresh mint, diced
* Touch of fresh lemon juice
* 1 scrambled egg
* 2 egg whites, sautéed with onion, garlic, and spices

Directions

1. Sauté the veggies.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients.
3. Fill the collard greens.
4. Roll and insert a toothpick.
5. Pour homemade tomato sauce on top.
6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
7. Enjoy with your favorite scrambled eggs. Wishing you a peaceful & Happy Shabbos

Dear Ladies,

It’s that time of year-graduations, diplomas, gifts, and summer vacation is almost here!

I would like to congratulate my dear grandsons, Zalman Winner, Florida and Nosson Winner, Brooklyn. These two boys share a remarkable bond: they were born on the same day, had their Bris on the same day, celebrated their Bar Mitzvah on the same day, and now even graduated on the same day.

May this beautiful connection remind us of the blessing of Jewish unity. May our children, grandchildren, and all of Am Yisrael always be united, safe, healthy, and blessed with abundant nachas.

And yes- we have already begun planning our exciting September curriculum. Stay tuned… wonderful things are ahead!

Dear Ladies,

Today, Gimmel Tammuz, the 3rd of Tammuz, marks the Rebbe’s yahrtzeit.

Last night, we had a beautiful and inspiring event with Rabbi Zushe, Rabbi Moishe, and Rabbi Mendel Winner, together with our guest speaker, Rabbi Nochum Kaplan and guests from our community. Around the world, Jews are uniting on this special occasion to honor the Rebbe’s legacy.

Attached is a video filmed last night, capturing some of the inspiration and warmth of this special gathering.

I am at the Ohel now. Please send me your names and the names of your loved ones that you would like me to mention in prayer.

Dear Ladies,

I am so happy about our End-of-Year Party - what a wonderful success!

It was such a warm and meaningful evening, filled with appreciation, connection, and heartfelt words that will stay in our hearts for a long time to come.

Esther’s Bronzini

Ingredients:�• 1 whole Bronzini, cleaned and opened like a book�• Salt and pepper�• spice blend�• Fresh basil and dill�• 1 zucchini, diced�• 2 carrots, diced�• 1 onion, diced�• 3 garlic cloves, minced�• 2 tomatoes, diced�• Olive oil spray
Instructions:
1. Season the fish inside and out with salt, pepper, spice blend, basil, and dill.
2. Stuff the fish generously with the diced vegetables.
3. Spray a Pyrex baking dish with olive oil spray.
4. Place the fish in the dish and arrange remaining vegetables around it.
5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.

Yesterday’s Women & Wisdom Jewish name ceremony was truly a hit - an all-time record of 18 ladies! What an evening of beautiful energy, unity, and simcha.

May Hashem shower each participant with endless blessings, and may their new Jewish names shine brightly and bring them goodness, success, and light in every area of life.
