Young Israel of Kings Bay - YIKB is a vibrant, growing community synagogue situated in the heart of Sheepshead Bay.

YIKB is a family oriented synagogue which caters to all age groups from children to seniors with individualized and engaging programs. Our members include individuals from various backgrounds and cultures yet feel comfortable, welcome, and are passionate about being part of the YIKB family! Established in 1937, the Synagogue offers an impressive array of services for the Jewish community, includin

g Shabbat, holiday and daily prayer services, educational classes and workshops on Judaism and other social services. Our community gathers in the warm and loving sanctuary to pray, observe Shabbat and festivals, as well as to commemorate special anniversaries and Yahrtzeits. Our doors are always open for people to find emotional support and to demonstrate their connection with Jewish people around the world.
