“Hecklers”?! (see the link below)- what a poor expression to describe someone who is calmly voicing his opinion (see the video below).
Ben Kogan is my dear friend and a prominent member of the Congregation Beth Shalom that I’m honored to lead (see the photo from today’s Shaharit).
I’m completely apolitical person and refuse to participate in any political movement or expressing my political opinion. Our Congregation is diverse and welcomes everyone. However, Ben was elected to the WZO by many members of our Congregation and beyond it and represent a very strong voice among the Russian-speaking community.

Trying to silence him is silencing hundred of thousands that he represents.

It is ok to disagree, but what kind of lack of self confidence and lack of belief in your own views one must have, that instead of conversation you try to mock and silence someone that has a full right for a different opinion (see the video belo).
