What Does Judaism Say about Mental Wellness?

In a world gone mad, that’s definitely a fair question.

At the annual Moshiach Seudah - Festival of the Future, we’ll take that question up!

Traditionally, the last day of Pesach (This Thursday!) is a time to focus on the future—specifically, the core Jewish belief in the coming of the Messianic age and what it means for our daily lives.

This year, we have a lot to explore:
How can I attain mental balance and optimization?
Can the Jewish vision of the future (Moshiach) offer practical tools for stronger mental wellness today?
Why the over-obsession with Israel from the world over?
How does Kabbalah connect Israel, Moshiach, and the world we’re living in today?

At our Chabad, we’re hosting a special program called The Festival of the Future on the last day of Pesach, THIS THURSDAY, April 9th, 6pm. This year’s theme, Optimal Life, explores lessons from the Holy Land for personal redemption and mental optimization.

At the Festival of the Future, we’ll have:
Story and song
Matzah and four cups of wine
Insights and discussion
A guaranteed inspirational evening for all ages

We’d love for you to join us on April 9th at 6pm at Chabad - 716 Ditmas Ave (bet. E 7th & E 8th Street) as we celebrate The Festival of the Future together as a community.

The Festival of the Future: Step Up! ✨

At Chabad, we love exploring big, bold questions. And on the last day of Pesach, we take it to the next level.

Join us for the Feast of Moshiach — a soulful celebration, festive meal, and deep dive into the mysteries of the future.

This year’s theme, Step Up!, will explore powerful questions like:

What is the most secret level of the soul Kabbalah describes?
Is Moshiach an age, a person, or a shared power?
What is the secret to good leadership?
Can Moshiach offer practical day-to-day life advice?
