Please join us in congratulating the new Mr. and Mrs. Lefin! Bill Lefin and Clesta Ball were united in marriage this past Saturday, September 5, with Pastor Aaron officiating. We give thanks to God for this couple and pray God blesses them with many years together filled with love and laughter!

Grief is hard, and there is no wrong or right way to do it. We all deal with loss - whether it is the loss of a loved one, the end of a marriage, loss of security do to illness or financial hardship, and so many more losses we face big or small. We want to help. All are invited to join us on Wednesday evenings in September, beginning tomorrow, September 9. We will gather in the lounge from 6-7:30pm, and hope you will join us and/or pass along the invitation to a friend or loved one who could use the extra support. If you have any questions, please contact the church office.

Fall is upon us, and that means it's almost time for the annual Mechanicsburg Halloween Parade! This year our congregation's float will have a "Peanuts" theme - and we need your help!

We will begin collecting candy to hand out at the parade this Sunday, September 6. All donations can be placed in the Tootsie Roll bins in the narthex. Thanks for helping us make this another successful parade!
