These levels are designed for those who believe in our camp's mission but are unable to join us in person at the Gala. While these sponsorships do not include tickets, they are vital to the evening's fundraising success. Your contribution ensures that every camper has a seat at the table, even if you are unable to be at ours' on Gala night. All of these levels will have their names read from the event podium, listed in the program, and displayed at the event.

Looking for one last unforgettable and affordable escape before summer winds down? We’ve got you covered!

Whether you’re gathering the whole family or rallying your friend group, Wesley Forest is opening up for an affordable, memory-making event designed entirely around your own pace. No rigid schedules. No forced itineraries. Just pure Wesley Forest camp, exactly how you want it.

When: August 2 - 4 or August 6 - 8
Where: Wesley Forest Camp & Retreat
Spots are limited!

What to Expect: Kick off the day with an optional staff-led camp activity. Boating and swimming will open every single day. Wind down each evening with a community campfire. All other elements of the day are yours! Explore our hiking trails, hit the fishing spots, grab a hammock in the woods, or get creative in the craft building. Want to explore the local towns? Go for it! We’ll have a meal waiting for you when you get back.

Lodging & Important Notes:
Private Cabin: Each friend or family unit gets their own Lakeside Cabin (features 9 beds total: 4 bunks, 1 single).
Amenities: Access to the nearby shared Lakeside Bathhouse for all your hygiene and shower needs.
Family-Friendly: All participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
