On this Trinity Sunday, we sang The Doxology, giving praise to God who is expressed to us in three persons. We sang diverse songs of devotion to Jesus.

The Scripture passage was Matthew 25:13-30...Jesus challenges us to trust in His generosity.
Our Leadership Council chair SHARON STRAUCH delivered a great message: “Open Those Gifts”. Pastor Mike was our liturgist.

On this Memorial Sunday, we lift up stories associated with powerful songs of faith.
Think “Great Is Thy Faithfulness”, “Jesus Loves Even Me”, “America”, “Send The Light” and “Fight The Good Fight”. The Scripture passages and beginnings of these songs certainly inspire us.

We also considered the sacrifices of those who have given so much for their nation and neighbors.
At the worship’s end, we shared in our annual remembrance for Memorial Day and time of reflection.

It was “the week after” (the week after Easter, of course)!
Traditionally, the week after Easter is a day when Christians tell corny jokes...(since Jesus is alive and “the JOKE is on Satan”, who has been defeated).

We are still growing in the RISEN LORD as we confidently walk in “That Third-Day Stride”
That was the topic of Pastor Mike’s sermon...based on Acts 2:14a, 22-32.

Grace Holy Week Services 2026

MAUNDY THURSDAY, April 2nd
06:30 p.m. … Holy Communion (“Tenebrae”: service of shadows) We share in this time of Scripture readings from the Gospel of Mark, describing the events leading to the crucifixion. Candles and lights are extinguished as we conclude in darkness.

GOOD FRIDAY Remembrance, April 3rd.
Silent Meditation - the sanctuary is open from 12:00pm until 3:00pm. You may come and go as you are able. This is the time associated with Jesus being on the Cross. Spend as long as you like. In silence, you may pray and meditate over the printed Scripture passages we will provide.

EASTER SUNDAY, April 5th
06:45 a.m. ... SON-RISE outdoor reflection at flag pole area. 20 minute time of reflection.

10:15 a.m. … Worship. Come, praise the Risen Lord! Then go home for “family gathering” time!

BECAUSE OF THE LORD’S GREAT LOVE, WE ARE NOT CONSUMED, FOR HIS COMPASSIONS NEVER FAIL. THEY ARE NEW EVERY MORNING; GREAT IS YOUR FAITHFULNESS.
