After His resurrection, Jesus met with His disciples and prepared them for what came next. As we celebrate the First Sunday after Pentecost, we're reminded that our Triune God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, continues to guide, strengthen, and send His people into the world.

“Then Jesus came to them and said, ‘All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.’” Matthew 28:18–20

Pentecost reminds us that Jesus lives to pour out His Spirit on His people! Through the power of the Holy Spirit, God strengthens our faith, guides our hearts, and fills us with the courage to share His saving love with the world.

This Memorial Day, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. May we never forget their sacrifice and the freedoms we are blessed to enjoy. 🙏

As we celebrate the Seventh Sunday after Easter, also known as “Waiting Sunday,” we are reminded that Jesus lives to give us eager expectations of glory.

Even in times of uncertainty, hardship, or waiting, God encourages us to remain steadfast in faith, knowing that his promises are certain and eternal.

➡“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” – 1 Peter 5:6-7
