We believe that being a part of Christ's church means loving God with all our heart, soul, mind and strength and loving our neighbors as we love ourselves. We are working to promote the peace and love of Christ in our community and around the world. We are a congregation made up of people from diverse b

ackgrounds, holding a variety of beliefs and opinions, and involved in different parts of our community. We come together with a common faith to worship God, and we invite everyone to bring their own unique talents, gifts and wisdom to these efforts.

YOUTH SUNDAY SCHOOL BEGINS
Sunday, September 6 at 10:00 AM
Youth Sunday school (grades 6–12) starts back up September 6th, meeting in the North Lounge. Youth will gather in the sanctuary at 10 AM to participate in worship for the first 15 minutes. Following announcements, youth and children will be dismissed for Sunday school. For youth Sunday School, we will use all sorts of mediums to bring our faith to life and help make the Bible relevant for our lives in 2026. We’ll use media pieces and online resources to help build

upon lessons and for reflection. Looking forward to another great year with our teens!

CHILDREN’S SUNDAY SCHOOL BEGINS
Sunday, September 6 at 10:00 AM
Sunday school resumes September 6th! Kids ages 3 through 5th grade will meet together in the South Lounge, dismissed during the announcement time and picked up in the classroom after worship. We’re continuing with the “Whirl” curriculum, following the lectionary through Old and New Testament stories, taught by our rotating team of dedicated teachers.

9/11 REMEMBRANCE SUNDAY
25 YEARS LATER, WE STILL REMEMBER

Twenty-five years ago our country suffered horrific terrorist attacks in lower Manhattan, at the Pentagon in DC, and in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. The aftermath shook our families and friends, our church and our community, our nation and our world. And we will never forget. Join us for 9/11 Remembrance Sunday service at 10 AM on Sunday, September 6, as we honor the lives lost, experience lingering grief, and reaffirm our call to be peacemakers in a wounded world.
