Knights of Columbus #2122, Manhasset, New York Meets every 2nd Thursday in the Marian Room, St. Mary's Parish, 1300 Northern Blvd, Manhasset, NY 7:30 PM McGivney at St. Aloysius in Great Neck & St.

The Knights of Columbus was founded in 1882 by Father Michael J. Mary’s Church in New Haven, Connecticut. The purpose of the organization was to strengthen the faith of Catholic men and their families, and at the same time provide for the financial needs of families overwhelmed by illness or by the death of the breadwinner. The original founding principles of the Knights were “Unity” and “Charity”

, while the concepts of “Fraternity” and “Patriotism” were added later. Founded in 1920, The Council serves the parishes of St. Mary's in Manhasset.
