Reveal Conference

Reveal Conference Reveal Conference seeks to expose Christians to Apologetics in order to strengthen their faith and give tools to aid in evangelizing to all.

The mission of the Reveal Apologetics Conference is to encourage and prepare the average Christian to be able to provide evidence for the truth of Christianity. God calls each and every Christian to share life and to share Christ with non-Christians. In the course of doing so, each of us will meet questions about our faith as well as objections. The goal of the Reveal Apologetics Conference is hel

p Christians be able to answer these questions and provide good solid answers. The Christian faith is not irrational, nor does it exist apart from evidence. On the contrary, as Jesus said in John 10:37-38 (NIV), “37 Do not believe me unless I do what my Father does. 38 But if I do it, even though you do not believe me, believe the miracles, that you may know and understand that the Father is in me, and I in the Father." The miracles of Christ served as evidence supporting Jesus claims about himself. God did not call us to a blind faith but to one that is based in reality and is also supported by historical and scientific evidence as well. The goal of the Reveal Apologetics Conference is to, each year, present two top notch, nationally known Christian Apologists in order to train the average Christian to “provide answers for reason for the hope that is within” (1 Peter 3:15).

Reveal began in 2015 with a group of like minded Christians that wanted to bring apologetics to the Louisville/ So Indiana area. As volunteers, we spent the following 10 years doing just that. From Mike Licona to Sean McDowell and Frank Turek to Tim Stratton, Reveal has sought to equip fellow believers with "reasons for the hope we have".

In 2025, the Reveal board has made the decision to dissolve the Reveal conference. This decision was made due to the increased difficulty financially and logistically to present a conference. As volunteers who worked full time jobs it became clear that the time required to make Reveal successful would require greater time commitments as well as a complete reassessment of approach. The Reveal board determined this was not something we were prepared to do.

What Reveal has witnessed in the local churches over the years has been encouraging. More churches are incorporating apologetics in their yearly sermon plan and even inviting apologists to the area on their own. Also the explosion of apologetics content in the social media space means apologetics can be freely accessed by any who wish to be equipped. Reveal is happy to have played a small part in raising awareness of apologetics and apologists in the Louisville area.

Thank you for your support and encouragement over the years!
