St. James Church

St. James Church An Evangelical and Reformed congregation in Louisville seeking to glorify Jesus Christ in all things.

On Sunday morning, June 7, 1914, a small group of Christ-following, Evangelical people met to organize a Sunday school for the children of the Jacob’s Addition neighborhood. Fourteen people were at that first meeting and laid the foundation for what is today a long-standing member of Jacob’s Addition and the Oakdale Neighborhood.
