🙏 Pray for Leroy.

Just a few weeks ago, 7-year-old Leroy was running, jumping, riding bikes, and playing first base on his tee ball team.

Now, he’s facing an inoperable brain stem tumor called DIPG. His parents—Captains Kevin and Wendy Justice, corps officers at the Richmond, KY Corps—are asking for prayer as their son begins this journey.

Leroy starts radiation treatment this Thursday (July 10), continuing Monday through Friday for 6 weeks.

His favorite song is “Waymaker,” which he sings all the time. In these days, those words carry even more weight: Waymaker, Miracle Worker, Promise Keeper… We are holding onto that truth with him.

Commissioners Kelly and Donna Igleheart are calling on all Salvationists to lift Leroy in prayer.

🙏 Please join us in praying for:

• That the tumor shrinks, and for minimal side effects
• Peace and strength for his mom, dad, and brothers
• A miracle! God can do it – pray for complete healing!
• Joy and normalcy for little Leroy during this journey
