💚 SABBATH: Recharge & Rejuvenate 💚

Green Castle Family and Friends,

As we enter the month of June, we are embracing a season of Sabbath, rest, and renewal. 🌿✨

For the month of June, there will be no ministry activities, meetings, or Bible Study as we intentionally take time to rest, recharge, and rejuvenate.

This pause is an opportunity to spend time with God, enjoy your family and loved ones, care for yourself, and prepare for the next season of ministry and impact.

📌 Please note:
✅ The church office will remain open during normal business hours.
✅ Sunday worship services will continue as scheduled.

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” – Matthew 11:28

We look forward to returning refreshed, renewed, and ready for all God has in store.

What a powerful and impactful Compassion Sunday! Rev. Dr. Perzavia Praylow blessed us with a timely message from Luke 10:25–37 entitled “When Mercy Interrupts.”

Through this passage, we were reminded that God often calls us to show compassion when it is least expected or most inconvenient.

As a church, we’ve joined forces with Compassion International to release 50 children from poverty in Jesus’ name. We thank God for Bishop Karen Belton for sharing with us!

Calling ALL current educators and school staff, we will serve free ga to the first 100 vehicles. This initiative is not limited to the JCPS district. This initiative is for ALL current educators and school staff.

Proof of employment is required.

In honor of Teacher’s Appreciation, we want to celebrate all those who serve our students!

On Wednesday, May 27 at 6:30 PM, we will be providing FREE GAS to the first 100 vehicles at Kroger on 10010 Ballardsville Road.

This giveaway is open to all those who CURRENTLY serve students, including teachers, bus drivers, administrators, cafeteria workers, counselors, coaches, school staff, and more.
