𝐒𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐡𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞.

The stone was rolled away.
The grave did not have the final word.
What looked like the end was only the beginning.

For the disciples, resurrection did not instantly resolve everything. Fear didn’t vanish overnight. Circumstances didn’t suddenly improve.

But hope had a name.
And death was no longer in charge.

This matters for us.

𝗕𝗲𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗼𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 — 𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗶𝗻.

The same resurrected Jesus who met two followers on the Emmaus Road, who popped into the upper room and offered His nail-marked hands to those with doubts, and who called the disciples back into their mission with a fish fry on the beach meets us still today…

… in the unfathered parts of our story
… in the unfinished places of our heart
… in the unvisited places where grief is waiting to be met

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝘂𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗚𝗼𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝘁.

So if you’re feeling stronger today — give thanks.

If you’re still waiting — keep walking with Jesus, even if you don't yet recognize all that He's doing.

If things remain unresolved — stay close and be open to the joy He may reveal along the way.

𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘂𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗛𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘆𝗼𝘂.

𝑀𝑎𝑦 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑒𝑛 𝐶ℎ𝑟𝑖𝑠𝑡 𝑚𝑒𝑒𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑟𝑖𝑔ℎ𝑡 𝑤ℎ𝑒𝑟𝑒 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑎𝑟𝑒.
𝑀𝑎𝑦 𝐻𝑖𝑠 𝑠𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑔𝑡ℎ 𝑔𝑢𝑎𝑟𝑑 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 ℎ𝑒𝑎𝑟𝑡, 𝐻𝑖𝑠 𝑣𝑜𝑖𝑐𝑒 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑎𝑑𝑦 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑠𝑡𝑒𝑝𝑠,

Happy Father’s Day from the E6 Team! May you be abundantly blessed today! Every one of us that is here on this earth today, alive and breathing has or had a father. But no matter how incredible or absent your father was or is, he was never meant to be the primary father in your life. God, The Good Good Father, is your true Father. If you had or have a wonderful earthly Father, what a blessing. If you didn’t, then there is good news. God wants to father you. He knows you. He created you. He loves you. Turn your heart toward him and allow him to heal and father you. If you are a father, new or old, God wants to father you as you father your children. Become his son so you can become a father. Sonship is the way.

"I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid."

Adam's response to God after the Fall echoes through scripture. Whether it's Gideon in the winepress, Saul in the baggage, Elijah in the cave, or the disciples behind locked doors, they all experienced moments, like Adam, when they were exposed or vulnerable and responded by hiding.

"I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid."

Adam's response to God also echoes through our own lives -- moments when we, too, feel exposed or vulnerable and turn to some form of hiding as self-protection instead of turning to God.

Here's the thing. Feeling naked, exposed, vulnerable or unprotected is a fact of life, or perhaps better said, it's a fact of the Fall. God understands this. Jesus experienced it.

"I was afraid because I was naked, so I hid."

As men, we can hide in a 1000 different ways for a 1000 different reasons:

Isolation is physical hiding.
Self-Reliance is mental hiding.
Deceit is relational hiding.
Avoiding God is spiritual hiding.

God doesn't want us to live in fear BUT if the fear still comes when you feel exposed, He offers us a better place to hide. In Psalm 32, David declares this about God...

"You are my hiding place; You will protect me from trouble..."

Odds are there is some area of your life where you are currently hiding. Not because you want to, but because the hiding feels like the answer, or rather God doesn't. We get it. Let's dig into it together. Come join us this month!
