🎶 Shall we gather at the river? 🎶

What a sweet way to end our Sunday! ❤️ We had the joy of watching Cassidy follow the Lord in believer’s baptism tonight in the Holston River! 🌊

Acts 8:35–39

“Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.

And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eu**ch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?

And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eu**ch; and he baptized him.

And when they were come up out of the water… he went on his way rejoicing.”

⛪ 11:00 AM — Pastor Trevor had a different message planned, but God has placed something timely on his heart that he feels led to preach tomorrow morning. We hope you’ll be there!

📖 6:00 PM — Bro. Ben will bring the evening message.

🌊 And we’ll end our Sunday together with a sweet baptism at the river! What a wonderful way to close out the Lord’s Day! ❤️

Sunday School classes are such a blessing! ❤️

Here’s a glimpse into the ladies’ class as Ms. Lynda taught on the rod and the staff from Psalm 23. What a wonderful reminder of our Good Shepherd’s protection, guidance, and loving care for His sheep.

Another wonderful Ladies Bible Study! 🌮💕

We enjoyed tacos, sweet fellowship, and a lesson on “Discreet and Chaste: Power Under Control,” based on Proverbs 16:32 and James 1:19. We ended the evening with painting together.

So thankful for these special nights! 💗

We had a sweet communion service this morning and a special service tonight with our missionary friends, the Abalin family. We’re thankful for such a blessed day at church!
