Calling all single moms and single soon-to-be moms 📣

Embrace Grace and Embrace Life are back at Grace Point Fellowship starting Tuesday, February 17th! We have dinner weekly starting at 6:15 and we run group from 6:45-8:00. We offer childcare for each of our participants. If you are an unmarried mom or you are unmarried and pregnant, we would love to have you join us for these amazing programs.

Embrace Grace: this is a FREE 12 week confidential support group for unmarried women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy. Socio-economic status does not matter. This is a support group to walk with you during your pregnancy. This group will end with a special day planned for each of the participants along with a ✨FREE✨baby shower to meet many of the baby’s physical needs. (This group is open to unmarried pregnant women and unmarried moms with babies up to 4 months old.)

Embrace Life: this is a FREE 20 week support group broken into 2 12-week semesters (fall/spring) to walk with unmarried moms during motherhood. This group talks about many different topics including relationships, parenting, budgeting, anxiety and forgiveness. This is a great group that walks through motherhood together.

You are not alone! We want to walk with you and support you on your journey. This is a judgement-free zone with women who have walked and are walking the same path with you.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: SNAP Emergency Food Distributions
We’ve received many questions—here’s what you need to know:

Counties We Serve:
Carter, Greene, Hancock, Hawkins, Johnson, Sullivan, Unicoi, and Washington.

If you live outside these 8 counties, please contact your local Feeding America food bank:
• Second Harvest East TN – secondharvestetn.org
• Mid-South Food Bank – midsouthfoodbank.org
• Second Harvest Middle TN – secondharvestmidtn.org
• Chattanooga Area Food Bank – chattfoodbank.org

These emergency distributions are for SNAP households affected by the current disruption.
If you’re not on SNAP, you can still get food through our partner pantries. Visit netfoodbank.org and click “Find Food” for locations and hours.

Who Can Attend:
SNAP recipients from the listed county only.

What to Bring:
• SNAP card
• ID or a bill with your address
• If picking up for someone else: their SNAP card and proof of address

Reminders:
• You must attend your county’s event
• No pre-registration required

If you are a single mom of younger kids and you are looking for community, come join us for Embrace Life! We meet each Tuesday starting September 9th. Dinner is at 6:15 and we provide childcare. Group begins at 6:50 and finish up by 8:00!!!
