One of the blessings of being a child of God is that we can bring every need, desire, and concern to Him in prayer. Sometimes people are reluctant to ask boldly for big things, but Jesus has given us permission to step out in faith and pray with confidence. Do not waste precious time wondering.

Some people wonder what it would be like if God gave them a better job. They wonder what it would be like to own their own home. They wish they had healthier relationships, could overcome a bad habit or debilitating fear, or were in better physical health. Do not just wonder—ask!

Wondering and indecision can become strongholds in our minds, leaving us feeling confused, insecure, and ineffective. But that is not God’s plan. He wants us to overcome those wondering thoughts by believing His promises and bringing our requests to Him in faith. As we trust Him, we can confidently receive His answers, knowing that He will respond in the way that is best for us.

Faith gives us the confidence to ask boldly, knowing that God hears our prayers and cares deeply about every detail of our lives. Whether His answer is yes, no, or wait, we can trust that His plans are always good and His timing is always perfect. He has a great plan for your life, so do not hesitate to bring your requests to Him in prayer.
