"STRUCTURE OF PROPHECY" Classes begin January 21, 2015, 6:30-8:30 @ Weldon Class Room 6 Fewell Avenue, Weldon NC

This course is a in depth study of the two books of prophecy Daniel and Revelation.

The book of Daniel is the key to future world events. It gives the frame work into which other Bible prophecies fit, and it is essential to the interpretation of the book of Revelation.

The book of Revelation reveals the Lord Jesus Christ in all of His Glory and deals with "things which must shortly come to pass" (Revelation 1:1) The coming events that will be study in this book cast their shadow before them. It certainly seems as if the shadow of those events described in Revelation lies heavily on our present day and generation. If indeed so, there never was a time when the study of this book was more needed and or pertinent , that as of today. "Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein:FOR THE TIME IS AT HAND: (Revelation 1:3)

SIN (Hamartiology)
Sin is anything that is opposed to, or is not keeping with the nature or will of God. Sin is what separates mankind from God. Sin has to be eradicated from our very being, our souls need to be cleansed. After all the soul is the center of our thoughts, feelings and desires. When our souls are out of order due to sin , our behavior is out of order. In today's society we have enough social,cultural and psychological influences affecting our behavior. We cannot afford to live a life without a relationship with God, but in order to do so SIN has to be dealt with. "For as one man's (Adam) disobedience many were made sinners, SO by the obedience of one (Jesus) shall many be made righteous."(Romans 5:19KJV). What Adam lost for us Jesus Christ has regained, by His obedience to death on the cross. His blood has cleansed our souls from SIN, we just have to believe in our hearts that this is so.

Do not let SIN destroy your life, you should see by now the effect SIN has on your life. You tried everything, you have stuff,education and you are still unhappy, depress, confused, and uncertain about life eternal.
Make a choice,choose life and not death, choose blessings and not curses, Choose to have a right relationship with God by accepting Jesus Christ as your Savior, only He can cleanse our souls, so that we can began to love one another and stop hurting one another.

Deuteronomic Theology:
Doctrine of retribution is often used to explain that faithfullness to the covenant, will result in blessings, while disobedience will result in curses. To make this very simple: punishment is attached to disobedience. The episode in Joshua 7 concerning Achan (read) reveals the irreversible loss due to disobedience, this account also informs us that when one sins it affects others. Stop attaching your hardships to some sort of divine testing. Choose to obey. Do not allowed the spirit of compromise to effect your behavior "I call heaven and earth to record this day against you, that "I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing:THEREFORE choose life, that both thou and thy SEED may live" (Deuteronomy 30:19KJV)
