Thank you to everyone from the Day School that came out to be a part of the Farmington Church family picnic and backyard ribbon cutting! We were able to enjoy the new turf from Bluff City Turf Co. and our new picnic tables and umbrellas. Families enjoyed hamburgers and hotdogs with live music and a silent auction. While the kids enjoyed games, a bounce house and face painting! Thank you to all of the families and businesses that donated. What a beautiful day for a picnic!

Two days in and Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week is off to great start. Teachers had bagels and coffees from Panera with a fun 90s goodie bag! Today they are enjoying a Taco Tuesday/ Cinco de Mayo Nacho Bar with a mini speaker and snack mix donated from Pigtails and Crewcuts!

We can’t wait for the rest of the week to spoil these hard working teachers and staff that pour into these kiddos everyday ❤️

Our church picnic and backyard ribbon cutting is fast approaching! Join us Thursday, May 14, 5-7pm for live music with Sarah Spain of Landslide, hamburgers and hot dogs, face painting, a bounce house, and more! Our Silent Auction to benefit Rise Against Hunger has some fantastic items from , , , , , , just to name a few!

The cost is $10/adult and $5/child with a family maximum of $30.

This Sunday is Rise Against Hunger so sign up or just show up with your friends and family at 12:30pm for pizza, fun, and doing some good in the world! Also, mark your calendars for the Farmington Pres and FPDS Spring Picnic and Backyard Ribbon Cutting on May 14th, 5-7pm. We'll have food, games, a bounce house, face painting, a silent auction to benefit Rise Against Hunger, and more. Farmington Day School, it's that time again! Join us next Sunday, April 26, as we package 20,000 meals for Rise Against Hunger! These meals will go to where they are most needed, from schools to areas experiencing the aftermath of natural disasters. Invite your friends and family to make a massive impact worldwide! We'll have a pizza lunch after church (around 12:30) and we are usually wrapping up by 4pm. There are seated, standing, or moving jobs for anyone 5 and up and the time counts towards any required volunteer hours for your clubs, schools, or employers.

On Sunday, April 26, we will package 20,000 meals to send around the world! Join us after church (or around 12:30) for pizza and then we'll get to work. We usually finish around 4pm. Thank you for helping us make a life changing impact!

The construction is done on the big back yard at Farmington Pres and we are already in love!
What was done?
All water drainage was upgraded
Dangerous tree roots were removed and the entire surface area was leveled
A concrete picnic table area was added with an updated, safer, handicap ramp
AMAZING turf from Bluff City Turf was laid for a year round space for church/school events, summer camp, Soccer Shots, etc.

We will be adding picnic tables, umbrellas, planters, and final touches to the area before our Family Picnic Ribbon Cutting Ceremony, Thursday, May, 14th from 5pm-7pm. There will be live music, a silent auction, bounce house, food, face painting and more. Come enjoy all of the fellowship among the school families and church members. You don't want to miss it!!!

FPDS is ONE week away from our annual St. Jude Trike a Thon. We are in need of YOUR help. Each year we take pride in teaching our students about helping sick children in need. Any donation, big or small, goes directly to those children and families at St. Jude Children's Hospital! Help our school reach our $8,000 goal! Thank you for your contribution!
