Our summer Sunday School trimester begins May 3rd! Four adult classes will be offered this summer:
An all ladies Sunday School class will be studying the topic of prayer as we go through a book titled Before the Throne by Crickett Keeth. We will be looking at the prayers of Moses, Jonah, the Psalmist, Habakkuk, Hezekiah, Jesus, Paul, and Revelation. This will be an interactive class with testimonies and discussion to help build community among the women in the church. Taught by Kim Benson.
The Walking by Faith Class is a fellowship-oriented Bible study designed to deepen our understanding of Scripture and make theology clear and practical. Together we explore not only what the Bible teaches, but how it shapes faith in everyday life. Our goal is to provide thoughtful teaching, meaningful discussion, and warm fellowship. Taught by Ernie Seger and others.
The Through the Bible class will be continuing their study of the Book of Romans. This epistle is one of the riches sources of Reformed and Protestant theology. Class participants will benefit from Mark Brink’s decades of experience in teaching through Romans, and will gain a deeper understanding of doctrines like justification, election, and Christian liberty. Taught by Mark Brink.
How do we apply Scripture as our authoritative guide to ethics in every area of life? Join us as we survey the newly-translated series Reformed Ethics, written by one of the greatest Reformed theologians of all time, Herman Bavinck. Taught by Pastor Drew and Pastor Kyle.
