What if God isn't absent—you're just distracted? We chase things that don't satisfy while Jesus offers true rest. Attention is love, and before you noticed God, He was already looking at you with joy. Fix your eyes on Jesus. He's been watching you all along. Hear Pastor Caleb's message at https://bit.ly/4d2T8xg

Join us tomorrow as continue the Sermon Series: Near & Now: Everyday Encounters with God. The message will be "Why Attentiveness is Needed Now."

Everything today is competing for our attention—and most of it leaves us more drained than fulfilled. Scripture names something we all feel but rarely say out loud: much of what we chase never truly satisfies. This week, we’ll name the challenge of living in a distracted world and hear a different kind of invitation from Jesus. Instead of striving harder, he invites us to come and rest. As we learn to pay attention to God, we discover a deeper peace, a renewed sense of wholeness, and a living hope in God’s work of restoring and renewing all things.

Join us in person at 8, 9:30, or 11 a.m. or online at live.redeemerconnect.com at 8 a.m.

As Colossians 1:17 reminds us, "He is before all things, and in him all things hold together." The majestic makes a habit of showing up in the mundane. This week, practice noticing God's presence in your conversations—with family, friends, coworkers, even people you'd rather avoid. God is already there, holding all things together, including your life.

Where can God be found in your exhausting schedules, your conversations, your ordinary Tuesday afternoons?

Here's the beautiful truth: God doesn't wait for you to manufacture an encounter with Him. He's already near. The same Christ who sustains all creation is present at your kitchen table, in your workplace, in your family conversations. As Colossians 1:17 reminds us, "in him all things hold together."

The beautiful truth is this: you don't have to search for God or manufacture an encounter with Him. God has already come near to you in Christ! He promises to meet you in baptism, communion, and His Word—but also in the mundane moments of everyday life. The same Christ who holds the universe together is present in your kitchen conversations, your workplace, and even your loneliness.

Join us tomorrow as we continue the "Near & Now: Everyday Encounters with God" sermon series. The title of the message is "About God's Presence."

God doesn’t leave us wondering where he can be found. Scripture gives us clear promises: God meets us in his Word, in Sacraments, in Jesus Christ, and in the gathered Church. And yet the same Christ who reveals the invisible God also fills all things and holds all things together. This Sunday, we’ll explore the beautiful mystery that the God we encounter in worship is also present in the ordinary moments of our everyday lives.
