Join us Sunday at 8, 9:30 or 11 a.m. as we continue our Sermon and Life Group Series, "But as for Me and My House."

The beauty of raising children in God’s Kingdom is that it is a great lesson in organized chaos! We are saved by grace through faith in Jesus, and yet our lives as children are messy. They start messy and they stay that way for much of our lives as we struggle with our humanity in the face of God’s divinity. The story of Jesus at the temple as a pr***en, would-be rabbi is both brutally honest and pragmatically helpful. Join us as we see Jesus at work as a divine child in a human family and as we learn to perceive our own children as God perceives them: his deeply loved (and imperfect) human creatures!

This week's message from our Family Discipleship Series calls parents, grandparents, and every person of influence to raise up the next generation to know Jesus with their heads, love Jesus with their hearts, and follow Jesus with their lives. As Deuteronomy 6 reminds us, the faith we carry is meant to be shared in the everyday moments of life.

There are no perfect parents -- but there is a perfect heavenly Father. And with His help, we can point the children around us to the One who matters most.

The Redeemer Community Garden and Orchard has reached over 10,000 lbs of fresh produce for the Food Bank of Larimer County and there is still 1 1/2 months of harvesting to go!!!! Thank you to all the garden volunteers who put in their time and expertise into the garden.

God is faithful to us as our spiritual parent, and he calls and equips us as his human creatures with everything we need for everyday life, including being Godly parents to our kids! Join us as we receive grace AND power from our Heavenly Parent for the task of raising kids who know, love, and follow Jesus into the joys and challenges of a new generation.
