Trinity is a welcoming faith So what does that mean? We remember that we are not God!

Trinity Lutheran Church is a welcoming faith community in Fort Collins, Colorado, living together in God's love to share the joy of Jesus Christ. WELCOMING: At Trinity, we believe that it’s not our church—it’s God’s church. So, we strive to welcome as Jesus welcomed: generously, joyfully, and lovingly. No matter who you are or where you’ve been, you are welcome here, just as you are. Living togeth

er in God’s LOVE: It wasn’t in anger or judgment or divine frustration that God sent Jesus into the world—it was in love. The Gospel promises that God loves us enough to enter into a relationship with each one of us, forgiving and transforming us as God’s children and working through us to heal the world God loves. Sharing the JOY of Jesus Christ: Life in faith is meant to be joyful. We laugh (often at ourselves), we love, we celebrate. We are not perfect, nor do we agree on everything. It’s not our own achievement that makes us God’s people—it’s the gift of God in Jesus that makes us the hands and feet of God in the world. Trinity is a congregation of the The Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA), one of the largest Christian denominations in the United States, with about 4 million members in nearly 10,000 congregations across the United States, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Please visit trinitylutheranfc.org to learn more about who we are and what God is doing in our midst. And please consider joining us for worship or one of our ministry events, or contacting our pastors for a chat. We believe we are not a complete community, and that God is calling new people to join us and to find their place at Trinity. We invite you to join us on the journey of faith!

The Joint Ecological Team (JET) of the 301 Faith Partners invites all to consider a new way to help individuals and families be more intentional about how our daily actions relate to others and God's creation. The non-profit Lutherans Restoring Creation pledge form can be used to track steps toward this goal titled "My Pledge to God and my neighbors to Care for Creation." https://lutheransrestoringcreation.org/

The pledge form has 16 opportunities for action and paper copies are located in the Fellowship Hall on the right hand side of the green table under the JET bulletin board. Please take a copy and begin to log your progress toward using less energy and enjoying nature more often. Thank You!

Lutherans Restoring Creation is a grassroots movement promoting care for creation in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
