THIS SUNDAY – MAY 3 - 10:30 a.m. Livestream & In-Person Service – Our May theme of The Sacred Web: Weaving a Life-Affirming World starts off with a message of “One Breath, One Heart” with Rev. Sherry Lady.

After the service – First-Sunday Potluck. Join us in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a main dish or salad, and invite your friends and family! Unity will provide coffee, tea, and dessert.

12:15-1:30 p.m. – Empathetic Presence & Nonviolent Communication (NVC) Practice Group with Michael Dreiling. This group meets on the 1st & 3rd Sunday of each month in the upstairs Fillmore Wing. Sessions offer an overview and Q&A about NVC followed by small group sessions to practice NVC and cultivate empathetic presence. Donations welcome.

UPDATE FOR MAY 3: ROAD CONSTRUCTION & PARKING - The City is working on Hilyard Street from 34th to at least 40th throughout the summer and is closing some street access. You can currently access Unity by taking West Amazon (Dari Mart is on the corner) to 39th Avenue, and follow through to Unity’s parking lot. PLEASE REMEMBER: There is no parking along Dillard between Hilyard and 39th. Please be mindful of our neighbors and make sure that you are not blocking any driveways, parking on the grass, or between the No Parking signs along Dillard Road. Thank you all for your patience and courtesy! Soon we will have a nice smooth paved road.
