Before you do anything, read this first:
“Whoever can be trusted with very little can also be trusted with much, and whoever is dishonest with very little will also be dishonest with much. So if you have not been trustworthy in handling worldly wealth, who will trust you with true riches? And if you have not been trustworthy with someone else’s property, who will give you property of your own? Luke 16:10-13
We'll be hearing about this in church on Sunday 8/30/26. 111 N Broad Street, Elkhorn WI

August 9, 2026, 9:30am, Remember His Faithfulness
Pastor Mike Payne – In the future, when your children ask you, ‘What do these stones mean?’ TELL THEM that the flow of the Jordan was cut off before the ark of the covenant of the Lord. When it crossed the Jordan, the waters of the Jordan were cut off. These stones are to be a memorial to the people of Israel FOREVER.

OPEN TO ALL
Our annual Circuit picnic is open to all. You need not be a church member to participate.

We are a small group of local churches that meet together periodically to support each other spiritually and to enjoy each other's presence. We are comprised of Delavan United Methodist Church (UMC), Darien UMC, Elkhorn First UMC, Lake Geneva UMC, and St James (East Troy) UMC.

Come, join us to worship the God of Heaven and Earth, to sing, listen to a message, and eat together.

Bring a lawn chair and a dish to pass.

In case of rain, we will meet at Elkhorn First United Methodist Church, 111 N Broad St, Elkhorn

Jesus told a story about a field infested with weeds. Using this method, He saved as many plants as possible.
He said, Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time, I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’”
