Stop by during the week to harvest what you'd like, or, if you'd prefer to grab already picked vegetables, come to Bethel on Sunday mornings and walk out with veggies for the week. Our kiddos were front and center on Sunday, September 6, 2026, during our children's message at Bethel UMC. Pastor Loretta quizzed the children about Biblical moments - and they all did really well! Great job, sweet peanuts. We love you all.

Thank you, Tibbetts, for welcoming us in to serve the teachers and staff lunch today (8/31). We had a BLAST being with all of you and helping, if even just a bit, to get this new school year off to a good start. Bethel friends, please hold all of the teachers and staff at Tibbetts in your prayers as they tend to the little souls in their care. We adore you all! Thanks to ALL who came out to visit us at Hansen's Brat Hut on Saturday, August 22! We had a BLAST, meeting new faces and visiting with old friends. Special thanks to Sam at Hansen's for taking such great care of us. Thanks to all of you, Hansen's reports that our stint at the Brat Hut was one of the BEST of the summer.

How does our Bethel Community Garden grow? Pretty darn great! Thanks to Diane and Tim for harvesting the latest veggies and delivering them to the Whitewater Community Space, who reported that their produce shelves were very empty. We're so humbled and happy to help. We pray that these goodies nourish both bodies and souls.

Mark your calendars for a FREE Patriotic Concert at Bethel on Sunday, August 30 from 1:30 - 2:30. Bethel’s very own Chris Ghilani, Terri Weiland Anderson, and Beth Perry, along with crowd favorite, Maria Sharpe, will be the performers. The concert will begin with Songs of the Civil War, including songs by Elkhorn’s own JP Webster. Included in the concert will be an inspiring PowerPoint filled with images to compliment the music. The patriotic section will include a number of sing-alongs which will allow the audience to participate. Award-winning local actress, Beth Perry, will narrate the program. Instruments used during the concert will be guitars, autoharps, recorder, and whistle. Rumor has it there may be cookies at intermission.

Come visit us at Hansen's Brat Hut on Saturday, August 22 from 10AM - 2PM! Proceeds will help to fund the many local missions Bethel supports, including HOPE Now, Open Arms Free Clinic, New Beginnings APFV, and Twin Oaks Homeless Shelter. Fun and frolic are on the menu, along with great conversations and a whole lot of joy.
