Do you desire a deeper intimacy and more powerful partnership with God? This Sunday, Dr. Melodye will be sharing a message titled: “Prayer Language: Where Human Weakness Meets Divine Power”

The Holy Spirit lives within us but is also desirous to rest upon us with power. “But you shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you...” — Acts 1:8

Why is prayer language such a gift? How does the Holy Spirit help us when we are weak, strengthen us in battle, anchor us in peace, and align us with the will and purposes of God?

My Story Sundays are a favorite at Giving Light.

There is something powerful about hearing how God has moved in someone’s life. Often we don’t know the depth of the battles others have faced—until we hear how God met them there.

“God is no respecter of persons” (Acts 10:34, KJV). The same God who moved in their trials is able to move in ours. Every testimony reminds us of His faithfulness and stirs faith to believe He will do it again.
