We believe the full potential of that call can only be realized by a leader crossing the Safety/Surrender Gap to pursue "faithful stewardship." The radical surrender of "faithful stewardship" is a call to the "best" God has for a faithful leader, but it is rare in our broken world, in part because God's "best" may look to the world like failure.

in being present, engaged, and loving parents. Children generally flourish more fully when raised with a father who is present and active in their lives, and the quality of the father-child relationship is strongly associated with children carrying faith into adulthood.

It recognizes that ghost job listings run counter to several foundational Biblical principles that should guide the pursuit of faithful integrity.

Integrity Idea 113: Forbid a "Forgiveness Strategy" - https://mailchi.mp/2b074c201357/integriosity-14095895 It is about faithful leaders establishing an integrity boundary that the organization will not violate the letter or the spirit of laws, contracts, and commitments, even if the expected economic benefit of noncompliance might outweigh the potential economic cost—the metaphorical price of "forgiveness." Faithful integrity calls for more—a "Should We?" rather than a "Can We?" culture.

Integrity Idea 111: 86 the 1099 - https://mailchi.mp/f4e2d172fd35/integriosity-14095520 "86 the 1099" is about faithful leaders resisting the business as usual temptation to replace W-2 employees with 1099 independent contractors primarily to reduce labor costs, shift risk, and increase managerial flexibility. Shifting a workforce toward 1099 workers is antithetical to the prioritization of relationships, community, human dignity, and flourishing that characterizes business a better way.
