This evening following the quiet reverence of Stations of the Cross, the Catholic Daughters Court St Matthew provided a simple supper featuring four varieties of delicious homemade soups lovingly prepared by members of our Court.

In addition to the delicious meal, over 70 adults and children enjoyed an evening filled with friendship and fellowship.

Yesterday evening at St. Matthew Church, the Catholic Daughters, Court St Matthew #2640 along with Father Miguel, read the Mary Stations of the Cross, retracing the final journey of Jesus to Calvary from the viewpoint of Mary, Mother of Jesus.

Following the Stations, a Simple Supper of delicious pasta and rice dishes hosted by the St Matthew Bingo group, was enjoyed by all who attended.

Many thanks to the parishioners of St Matthew for all of the generous donations given to the Malta House through the giving trees sponsored by the Catholic Daughters Court Saint Matthew. The snow held off and our donations were delivered to Malta House this morning.

Catholic Daughters Court St Matthew #2640 is proudly sponsoring a Giving Tree for Malta House this weekend, 2/14-2/15. The giving trees are up in the church vestibule, next to the Great Room entrance and the church back entrances. Tags noting essentials needed by new mothers include diapers, baby powder, towels, wash cloths and other items. Please consider taking a tag (or two!) to help support the mothers and babies of Malta House.
