Our staff dressed up to remind you TRUNK OR TREAT IS TONIGHT (Wednesday, Oct 28)!! We hope you come join us at 23 Lilac Ave- the grassy area right next to our church will have a giant inflatable and many trunks open with candy and goodies for the community!! Stop by anytime 6-8 PM, we hope to see you tonight! 💗💪🎃🍭🍫

Today, our church outlets weren’t working, and instead of having to call an electrician- we just called up our lead pastor! Fixed within an hour.

2 weeks ago, the baptism tank needed cleaning out. Guess who comes on a Saturday to clean it?

Last month, the water needed to be installed in the church office, and we don’t have to call a plumber- Pastor Troy just takes time out of his day to install it.

Anytime a musician is out for a Wednesday or Sunday night service, Troy fills in- even if he’s preaching the word that Sunday too!
Church potluck? Guess who’s roasting the meat?!

There are so many ways Pastor Troy Walliser steps wayyyy outside his job description to save our church money and serve in different ministries. We are so thankful for you Pastor Troy!

This week is the last week of Pastor Appreciation month (October)- and we want to just share a little extra THANK YOU to Pastor Troy for all he does!!

Recently, we celebrated 3 BAPTISMS at LVBC!

Our church family had the joy of witnessing these public professions of faith in Jesus through baptism- praise God! We love getting to celebrate together and encouraging one another in our walks with Christ.

Join us in praying for continued growth, faith, and joy in walking with Jesus. We’re so thankful for the work God is doing at LVBC!!

WHY does God love a cheerful giver? ❤️ Pastor Troy preached through 2 Corinthians 9 this Sunday where we where we learned what it looks like to give generously, intentionally, and JOYFULLY!

God loves a cheerful giver because when we give with joy, we reflect His own heart. After all, God Himself is the ultimate example of generosity, giving us the greatest gift of all- His Son, Jesus Christ!

Our generosity isn’t meant to come from guilt or obligation, but from a heart transformed by God’s grace.

God has given you something to contribute. Are you using it?

Every believer has been gifted by the Holy Spirit for the good of the body of Christ. Our gifts may look different, but each of us has a part to play.
