🎉 Celebrating 50 Years of Camp Hidden Hollow 🎉

What a joy it is to celebrate 50 years of Camp Hidden Hollow! From just 6 campers in 1976 to generations of children today, God has done something so special through this place.

For decades now, Child Evangelism Fellowship of Greater Chattanooga has had the privilege of being part of that story. Summer after summer, we’ve been welcomed in to teach Bible lessons and share the love of Jesus with campers—and it’s something we will never take for granted.

There’s just something beautiful about watching kids unplug, explore the outdoors, laugh together, and hear the truth of God’s Word in such a fun, meaningful way. Camp Hidden Hollow has always been a place “where a kid can be a kid a little longer,” and we’re so thankful to be a small part of what God is doing there.

We are incredibly grateful for Miss Sally Worland and her husband David, whose faithful hearts and vision have made this ministry what it is today. Their impact reaches far beyond what we can see.

Today we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are grateful for their sacrifice and pray for the families who carry their legacy forward.

As we remember, may we also recommit our lives to serving others and living out Christ’s love in our communities. 🇺🇸

⚓ Anchored in Hope ⚓

Last Friday, we had the joy of celebrating our incredible coordinators—and what a beautiful time it was! With our theme rooted in Hebrews 6:19, we were reminded that our hope is an anchor for the soul… and judging by the smiles, laughter, and a few happy tears, that anchor is holding strong. 💙

To our coordinators: thank you. Thank you for your tireless work, your servant hearts, and your commitment to reaching boys and girls with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Your faithfulness is making an eternal impact, and we are so grateful for each of you.

Happy Tuesday 💛

As we head toward the end of another school year, we just want to pause and say thank you.

To every Good News Club leader and volunteer who has shown up week after week—often tired, often busy, always faithful—your faithfulness matters more than you may ever fully see.

One of our clubs included a kindergartner whose family experienced an unimaginable loss when his baby sister passed away. In the middle of their grief, with no pastor, no church, and no faith community, the parents were asked a simple question: “Who do we call?”

They called the only spiritual connection they knew: the Good News Club teaching their child.

That church stepped in. They surrounded the family, walked with them, and shared Christ.
Both parents came to faith.

This is what happens when you show up.
This is what happens when you keep teaching, praying, loving, and being present—even when it feels ordinary.

As the year winds down and time feels like it’s flying, please know this: your yes has eternal impact. Thank you for being a steady, faithful presence in the lives of children and families across our community.
