Some days feel full of joy. Other days feel heavy with unanswered prayers, unexpected bills, health battles, family struggles, or simply trying to make it through another week.

The good news is that while our circumstances change, Jesus never does.

The same Savior who healed, restored, forgave, comforted, and kept His people in Scripture is still doing it today. His love hasn't changed. His promises haven't changed. His power hasn't changed. His mercy hasn't changed.

"For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself."

💭 What does that look like today?

Imagine your best friend is overwhelmed, exhausted, and running on empty. You'd probably tell them to slow down, get some rest, eat something nourishing, spend time with God, and remember they're loved.

Now ask yourself...

When was the last time you gave yourself that same grace?

Loving your neighbor doesn't mean neglecting yourself. You cannot continually pour from an empty cup and expect to stay healthy spiritually, mentally, or physically.

Jesus calls us to love others as we love ourselves—not instead of ourselves.
