I’ll start off by saying with all the health issues I’ve faced in the last 12-14 years that just waking up daily on this side of the sod with no major pain is absolutely wonderful. The next step is asking the Lord to be with me and for the strength to make another day. "When it comes to All Saints I am grateful for the fellow parishioners that I visit with at various activities and services that I attend. They are a joy and a delight. Next comes the spiritual sustenance I receive from the sermons/scripture that occur weekly.

And lastly, I’m grateful to be in a position to contribute financially to All Saints on an annual basis through my pledge. It helps me to feel that I’m doing my fair share to support all the various services and activities here at All Saints."

The All Saints Brew Crew will visit Ferus Artisan Ales in Trussville on Thursday, September 3rd. There is plenty of parking close by and a number of restaurants in the mall area around Ferus. Ferus also has a great kitchen on-site. Come be a part of the fun!

From Parish Weekend to Choir Camp, it was wonderful to see so many members of our All Saints family gathering, learning, singing, laughing, and simply enjoying being together.

These group photos tell the story: our community is strong, growing, and showing up! We’re grateful for everyone who participated and for all the time and effort that went into making these special weekends happen.

Thank you to everyone who helped plan, organize, cook, lead, sing, and make it all possible. Most of all, thank you to everyone who came and made the weekend so much fun!

Parish Weekend at Camp McDowell was a wonderful time!

From time together around the table to laughter, fellowship, worship and plenty of fun, it was a weekend filled with the things that make our All Saints community so special. We’re grateful to everyone who joined us—and a huge thank you to all who helped plan and make the weekend possible!

And, of course, a special shout-out to our Vestry for joining in the fun! 😊

I am grateful for the All Saints’ Choir. This group comes together faithfully every Wednesday from September through June to prepare and rehearse music for Sunday services. Under Melanie Couch’s loving leadership, the choir gives over a hundred hours each year to the Parish so that the weekly services of Holy Eucharist are enhanced by beautiful music. This is a wonderful community that certainly works hard. But it also knows how to play together with joy! It supports its members in times of need. It mirrors the greater Parish community being a group filled with love, support, joy, and beauty. I cannot imagine All Saints’ Parish without it.

Join us for the Choir BBQ on Sunday, September 13 to benefit the Adult Choir Music Ministry!

🍽️ Lunch in the Great Hall will follow the 11:00 a.m. service — $11 per plate.
🥡 To-go plates will be available following both the 8:30 and 11:00 a.m. services — $11 each.
🌭 Hot dogs will be available for kids who prefer them.

Want to take some BBQ home? You can order:
• Whole Pork Butts — $50 each
• Family Meals for 4 — $40 each
