Community at Oak City: Two Ways to Belong 🍂 🏡🍁

We were never meant to follow Jesus alone. At Oak City, there are two ways to belong to family and grow alongside others. In community, we are known, encouraged, and empowered to become who God says we are.

Kingdom Community Groups are our ongoing communities for those who consider Oak City their church home and have completed Elements. These groups help us build lasting relationships, care for one another, and share life together as family.

Seasonal Small Groups are short-term gatherings centered around a specific topic, Bible study, shared interest, or area of spiritual growth. Open to everyone, these groups create intentional spaces to learn, connect, encourage one another, and grow spiritually over several weeks. Seasonal Small Groups will launch this fall, with new opportunities offered throughout the year.

Weekend recap at Oak City!

We were able to pray with about 60 kids as they head back to school at Popsicles and Prophecy - the bounce houses and snow cones helped us beat the Birmingham heat.

Simultaneously, we welcomed people to see the final phase of our Next Gen Renovation: Oak City Kids open house! We're so thankful for everyone's investment through their time and generous giving. On Sunday, our teams ministered for the first time in the space!
