“Grief is just love with nowhere to go.” — Dolly Parton

She has graced our windows ever since Jennifer & Zoe showed up with her at our second chance prom in 2023. A woman who embodies so much of what we strive to embody at Jubilee: love of God, love of neighbor, and love of self — with sparkles to share.

So we pray that angels attend her as she is now, truly, our Guardian Angel. And we know: even at the grave, we make our song — Alleluia. Alleluia. Alleluia.

Join us Sunday at 9:30 for worship. Butterflies, coats of many colors, and your favorite rhinestones encouraged. We’ll have some Dolly hymns and a special message on both the Gospel & how Dolly is still teaching us to live in the love of Jesus. 🦋🪽🦅🌈👑❤️‍🔥

Announcing the Fall Semester at Jubilee!

On Tuesdays we will continue our potluck dinners and thematic study of the Old Testament/Hebrew Bible by diving deep into Exodus for grown-ups. For kiddos, we're using the Book of Belonging + Zippee Kids Fruit of the Spirit curriculum.

On most Sundays we will have some form of class or workshop themed around "play as prayer, prayer as play." We especially recommend the "What is Prayer" and "Liturgical Calendar Tour" classes for folks who are new to our community, though EVERYONE is welcome!

Due to extremely popular demand (😂) there will be several liturgical felt sweater workshops -- these will require advance sign up for material acquisition so be on the lookout for that soon! Save the date for the first one on 10/25 after worship.

More information for sign-ups, etc can be found on our newsletter (sign up at JubileeATX.org). We also have an active Discord for local, involved folks at Jubilee to keep up to date for casual gatherings, birthday parties, meal trains, etc!
