Sacrament of Reconciliation will

take place 15 minutes before the start of weekend Masses. Weekday Mass
12.15 pm, 6:30 pm
If the weekday falls on a public holiday, Mass will be at 9 am.

Christian Meditation is very much a treasure of the wisdom tradition of the Catholic Church since the days of the desert fathers and mothers back in the 4th Century.

The spiritual practice of meditation is especially essential and crucial for the present-day chaos of endless noise and distraction and the loss of the sense of the sacredness in our lives. The Peace of Christ can be recovered with this simple practice of silence, stillness and simplicity. It requires a twice daily discipline of a 20 mins meditation in the morning and in the evening.

Meditation is not an experience but a transformation. It’s a self-emptying love of leaving our words, thoughts, images, ideas, fear and into the power of the mystery of God.

If we remain still and silent, the Spirit cannot but pour through our whole being.
