Tsoknyi Ozer Rinpoche was born in 1969. He was recognized as the reincarnation of the 5th Tsoknyi in Kyodrak. He has helped maintain and preserve the Barom Kagyu Chodrak Monastery in Kham in east Tibet and has built many Buddhist centres with great effort. They are Taiwan Dharma Centre, Barom Tegsum Chökhor Ling, Macao Dharma Centre, Ngedön Tegchen Ling, the England Dharma Centre, Künpan Jampa Ling and now the newly established Barom Dechen Woesel Ling in Singapore. He is currently visiting many countries, including Singapore, Taiwan, Macao and Hong Kong to give teachings and advise people in need.
