☕ Thank you for a lovely morning! 💜

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to our Welcome Back Coffee Morning. It was so lovely to spend some time together, sharing a cuppa, something tasty and plenty of good conversation.

It was lovely to have some time to catch up and enjoy being together as a church family.

You’re very welcome to join us for our services on Sundays and on Wednesdays.

Looking ahead, 𝗛𝗲𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, 𝟭𝟮 𝗦𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿, 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟭𝟬𝗮𝗺–𝟰𝗽𝗺. Come along, have a look around our church and discover a little more about its history. We’d love to see you! 💜

Over the past few days, Julie joined the We Are The Church team at Creamfields, spending time with people, listening, and chatting.

She also brought along the ♡Jammie Dodgers♡ our church family had gathered to share, a lovely reminder that sharing God’s love can be as simple as sharing a biscuit and a smile. 💟

Listening, chatting, sharing a smile, and simply being there. It’s all part of sharing God’s love in everyday life.

Thank you Julie for being there and bringing a little of our church family to Creamfields. 💜

As summer begins to wind down and September is just around the corner, there’s quite a lot happening at St John’s, so you may want to zoom in on the calendar! 🔍🍂

It was a joy to celebrate the baptism of Roma-Delilah yesterday, surrounded by family and friends on a beautiful summer afternoon.

We warmly welcome her and her family to our church family, and pray that God will guide and bless them in the years ahead.

A little reminder from a little heart. 🌈🐦

You never know what you’ll discover on our prayers and thanksgiving board.

This colourful bird and its heartfelt message made us smile, reminding us of the simple truths at the heart of our faith: to love God, love one another, and give thanks for His creation.

Sometimes the simplest reminders are the ones we need most. 💜

What a lovely afternoon together. 💜

It was a joy to gather as a church family to celebrate some special birthdays for Doreen, Phyllis, Glenis, Gill x 2, and Barbara after the Celtic Morning Prayer.

As we shared food and fellowship, we also gave thanks to God for his faithfulness throughout their lives and prayed for his continued blessing in the years ahead.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came along to our Plant, Cake & Greeting Cards Sale last week.

🌿🍰💌

Thanks to your wonderful support and generosity, we raised enough to purchase a cushioned wheelchair for the church.

The wheelchair will be available for anyone who may need a little extra assistance getting from the church entrance into the building, helping us make our church more welcoming and accessible for all.

Your kindness has made a real difference, and we’re so grateful to everyone who helped, donated and came along to support the day.
