🎥 NOW LIVE 🎥 How can diversity make societies stronger instead of weaker? What would change if we understood diversity not as tolerance, but as a gift? What is required to bring about this transformation?
In his Letter to the Romans, the Apostle Paul urges his readers to “be transformed by the renewing of the mind, so that [they] may discern what is the will of God,” recognizing that we all have been given “gifts that differ by grace.” This scripture is one of our earliest and most eloquent assertions of the Enduring Principle of Unity in Diversity.
John Hamer and Leandro Palacios invite you to consider this theme exploring ancient and Medieval sites in the city of Naples. Our Neapolitan musical ministry continues with “Maria! Mari!” and “Marechiare.”
We will share communion 🍞🍇 with all those participating live from around the world 🌏

🎥 NOW LIVE 🎥 What does it mean to experience true life in the Spirit? How can we do that while living busy lives full of obligations and worrying about current events around the world?
The Apostle Paul perceived a stark division between the material world and the immaterial world. The former is filled with corrupt systems, injustice, bigotry, and all the world’s ills including death. As he writes in his Epistle to the Romans, focusing on these earthly concerns for Paul is “living in the flesh,” which separates you from God. (Separating ourselves from God is the definition of the word “sin.”) Paul contrasts this with focusing on the immaterial and eternal realm, which he calls “life in the Spirit.” He tells us that because the Spirit of God dwells in us as disciples of Christ, we are “in the Spirit.” As we seek to lift up our eyes from material concerns in the present, and fix our eyes upon Principles that Endure, how can we experience true life in the Spirit today?
As we receive ministry this week from around the world, John Hamer, Leandro Palacios, and Michael Karpowicz will travel to Naples, Italy, to explore the sites and share stories of the city’s ancient heritage. Additionally, Leandro and Michael will begin a four-week Neapolitan music ministry series.

🎥 NOW LIVE 🎥 As we inhabit a world filled with suffering and death, how do we nevertheless experience and understand God’s infinite grace in our own lives? As we conclude our study of Paul’s authentic writings, we turn to his great theological treatise, the Epistle to the Romans. Here Paul spells out his understanding of divine grace. Life cannot help but result in sin, which is defined as separation from God. But Paul observes that as that separation from God increased, “grace abounded all the more,” concluding that “just as sin reigned in death, so grace might also reign through justification leading to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
