1 Kings 19:9 (NLT)
There he came to a cave, where he spent the night. But the LORD said to him, "What are you doing here, Elijah?"

There are times and seasons to be among the crowd, shouting, singing, and celebrating.

There are also crucial times when the vicissitudes of life demand separation. It's in such moments of solitude that God begins to speak to you. Elijah, a renowned prophet, travelled afar and lodged in a cave, totally separated from the multitude. Only then did the Word of the Lord come to him.

You've stayed in a noisy environment for too long, mingling with the crowd only to experience recycled pain, frustration, and disappointment.
But when you dare to boldly separate yourself from the crowd in this Year of Strange Oil, God will meet you for a divine encounter that transforms your destiny forever.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
I will not give sleep to my eyes until God speaks in my moment of separation. I know God speaks, and I am positioned to hear Him clearly, in the mighty Name of Jesus. Amen.

WISDOM IS BETTER THAN RUBIES

Proverbs 8:11 (KJV)
For wisdom is better than rubies, And all the things one may desire cannot be compared with her.

I've met numerous intelligent men and women in my ministry years. Some with doctorates in complex subjects, and others armed with accolades owed to their high-powered brain capacity. And yet with all this intelligence, the Bible teaches that wisdom is better. Why is this so? Because wisdom is a revelation, it is insight into divine realities.

When you walk in wisdom, you can never be hoodwinked by worldly systems; you can never be outshone by those who rely on worldly intelligence. In this Year of Strange Oil, understand that Christ is your wisdom according to 1 Corinthians 1:30. That means you don't function like normal humans; you are of alien origin and by far more superior than those in the world. Function as such from now!

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Thank You, Lord, for giving me divine wisdom and filling me with spiritual understanding. Because of this, I walk in unending victory in Jesus' Name!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
Armed with wisdom, I see what others don't see. Hidden wealth is mine, and insight into divine health is mine. I shall not lack or fail at anything. Glory be to God!

Nahum 1:3 (N/V)
The Lord is slow to anger but great in power; the Lord will not leave the guilty unpunished. His way is in the whirlwind and the storm, and clouds are the dust of his feet.

The nature of a true Christian is to be quick to forgive, loving even the most undeserving people because of the love that was first expressed to us through Jesus Christ on the cross. While this is the reality for every Christian, many people take this godly conduct and equate it to being passive and defenceless in the face of the enemy's attacks. But this couldn't be further from the truth!

Today's verse tells us that God will never let those who fight against you go unpunished. When you place your burdens on the Judge of the universe, trust He'll deliver a verdict befitting the crimes the enemy committed against you. You serve a God who's great in power. Don't worry about what man may do to you, He'll repay every wrongdoing done against you!

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
Every enemy working against me is guilty as charged! By the unction of the glory in me, each act of evil plotted against me shall be punished by fire in Jesus Name!

Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

In English literature, nouns identify people, places, or things, while verbs describe action, state, or occurrence. In the Church
today, many Christians think that simply believing for something will bring their desired outcome. Yet the Word clearly shows that faith is a doing word a verb that must be
acted upon.
Your ability to believe, on its own, carries no power in actualising faith. Hope is a goal setter, but faith is the goal-getter! Build your faith by digging deeper into the Scriptures concerning what you desire. It's not enough to say you believe, faith comes alive only when belief meets obedient action. Act on your faith in this Year of My Shinning, and you'll
see your world begin to shift for the better.

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, move me beyond belief into active faith. Help me to act on Your Word with obedience so my faith
produces visible results in my life.

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

Many quote today's scripture while focusing on only one aspect of its meaning. It not only highlights the importance of being a competent student of the Word but also reveals the method required to study it. Just as division in mathematics splits numbers into equal parts, the instruction to "rightly divide the word of truth" shows the need to dedicate equal time and effort to every area of scripture.
Whether financial, marital, social, or otherwise, all scripture is for the benefit of the Church. Learn to divide your time evenly across everything the Word offers.
When you grasp this, you arm yourself against the enemy regardless of the tool he attempts to use against you. In this Year of MY SHINNING, let a balanced diet of the Word produce a balanced and victorious life.

If therefore ye have not been faithful in the unrighteous mammon, who will commit to your trust the true riches?

How you manage and respect your finances is a test God uses to assess whether you're ready for higher realms in life. He watches how you manage your money, and that helps Him determine if you're ready for the next level. Can you imagine that?

By listening to the Spirit of God and exercising self-control, you can live a life that is more debt-free than the way some are living right now. If your spending habits are so bad that you don't tithe and cannot give to other works that the Holy Spirit prompts you to support, you're failing one of the tests God uses to determine whether you're ready for higher realms of life. Your money is the big test! Be a good steward of it and move into bigger things this Year of Strange Oil.

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Dear Father, teach me wisdom and restraint in financial matters, so that You can count me trustworthy with the true riches of Your Kingdom in Jesus' Name.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
This year, I shall increase financially because I am a trusted steward of money. Debt is cancelled, sales shall skyrocket, the money is coming in strange ways in Jesus' Name!

WHAT’S YOUR VISION?

Where there is no vision, the people perish

I’m sure you’ve noticed how sometimes in our homes, we have that one room that has no real purpose. That room becomes a guest room, aka storage, aka barber shop, aka pantry, aka dumping ground. This is how one’s life can become if no real purpose is defined. It’s easy to fill your life with all sorts of meaningless things that lead to destruction. Vision is about recognising what needs to change, declaring what can change, what will change, and helping to direct yourself there. Vision is like that bridge between where you are and where you need to go.

I had to have a vision for RPA when there was no physical sign it would be what it is, and we’re here today as a result. What is the vision for your life? Write it down and intentionally follow it.

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Dear Father, help me to live a life of vision and purpose that is led by Your Spirit. Lead me to avoid a life of distraction and to live on a mission for Your Kingdom in Jesus’ Name, Amen.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION

THE PERFECT WITNESS

Acts 1:8 (NIV)
You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses...to the ends of the earth.

Scriptures like this are a beautiful reminder of just how loving our Heavenly Father is.

When Jesus returned to the Father, He didn't leave His people powerless-He left them with a solid promise. This was more than a commission; it was a calling into supernatural purpose. The same Spirit who anointed Jesus to bring good news to the poor, to bind up the broken-hearted, and to set captives free now lives in us. That means we don't just carry His good news; we carry His presence.

Knowing this, it ought to be hard to keep Him to yourself! Let every conversation at work or in lecture rooms become an opportunity for Heaven to touch Earth through you. We're not just spectators in the Kingdom; we're carriers of it, and we ought to spread it. Be His witness today.

PRAYER FOR TODAY
Father, I give You thanks firstly for loving me so much. Thank You for giving me Your Holy Spirit who helps me to be the perfect witness that points others to You.

PROPHETIC DECLARATION
My life is the perfect witness of Christ. As I live, I am a walking, talking, biological Bible that draws multitudes to Christ!
