Tonight, Pastor Heinrich Lourens brought a powerful word from the book of Daniel. Because God’s hand and favor were upon Daniel and his friends, they were found 10 times better than all the rest!

We were challenged to stand out and be set apart. We aren’t meant to blend in with the world; we are called to a higher standard of excellence. God gives us this favor and breakthrough so we can use our testimonies to spread the Gospel and point people to Jesus!

Let’s step into this week ready to shine bright, live differently, and share His goodness!

Many of life’s struggles begin when we look to the world to satisfy what only God can fulfill. We chase success, possessions, relationships, and recognition, hoping they will bring contentment, yet they often leave us wanting more.
In John 4, we meet a woman who had spent years searching for acceptance and fulfillment. After multiple failed relationships and much rejection, she encountered Jesus. In that moment, everything changed. The satisfaction she could not find in people, she found in Him.
Psalm 107:9 says, “For He satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness.” True fulfillment is not found in what we have, but in who He is.
Jesus heals our brokenness, restores our hearts, and meets our deepest needs. When we draw near to Him, we discover lasting peace and contentment.

Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. -James 4:8
