On Saturday, 13 June, the senior ladies from Da Gama Park and Sun Valley Congregations gathered at Da Gama Park Hall for a special day of pampering and fellowship.

The ladies were treated to a lovely day filled with care and appreciation, where they enjoyed having their hair and nails done, relaxing foot massages, and a beautiful spread of delicious treats prepared with love.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all the sisters who volunteered their time and talents to make this day so special, as well as to everyone who lovingly prepared the refreshments.

The day was filled with laughter, warm conversations, and precious moments together, leaving all the ladies with happy memories and hearts full of gratitude.

"Serving with joy"

District Rector Godwin Jacobs conducted the Divine Service on Sunday, June 14th, 2026 in Da Gama Park Congregation.

The service was based on the Bible text Nehemiah 8:10 (excerpt)(NKJV), which says:

"Do not sorrow, for the joy of the Lord is your strength.”

The Rector Grant Herrmann was called to serve alongside.

Before the closing hymn, our District Rector bid farewell to Priest Goss who will be moving and thanked him and his family for the many years of dedicated service rendered to the Da Gama Park Congregation.

The District Rector also warmly welcomed Priest Isaac Windvoel to serve as Priest in Da Gama Park Congregation. Priest Windvoel’s family also joins him in Da Gama Park, and as a congregation we welcome them and wish them God’s richest blessings.
