The dynamic of demanding value before building a foundation is a major red flag. True partnership isn't about transactional audits on a first date; it’s about mutual growth and shared vision. When someone is more focused on extracting value than contributing to a healthy connection, it’s a clear sign that they aren’t ready for the real thing. It’s time to recognize your own worth—your mind, your ambition, and your potential—and stop settling for questions that diminish it.
