Resurrect Life/APTsec - DAILY LIFESTREAM – 9 September 2026

Galatians 3:28-29 So there is no difference between Jews and Gentiles, between slaves and free people, between men and women; you are all one in union with Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are the descendants of Abraham and will receive what God has promised. COMMUNION INCLUSIVENESS. This and Colossians 3.11, expresses that all who come repentant of sin into Jesus' new life, as the 'preaching in action' sacraments teach, may share in Communion. This is the global inclusiveness of Jesus and the Sacraments. Modern trending that this includes who we sleep with and have s*x with, does not flow. That we are all one in union with Christ does not give implication one may sleep with slaves so approving slavery, or sleep with men and women so approving other than heteros*xual marriage. Communion belonging to Christ means coming repentant of our old life and 'being clothed' in his new life.

Resurrect Life/APTsec - DAILY LIFESTREAM – 8 September 2026

Galatians 3:27 You were baptized into union with Christ, and now you are clothed, so to speak, with the life of Christ himself. OLD LIFE OFF, NEW LIFE ON. The water is not the real born again, which is by faith - faith that in Jesus' death and resurrection, we have a 'putting under' of our old life n sin and a 'being clothed' with Jesus' resurrected new life. Communion has the same message: in faith we eat 'died with Christ' in his death 2000 years ago that we have the new life of his resurrection and 'when He comes'. Old life off, new life on. This is not just "OK, so faith is this", but if we have died in Christ's death, then let us live out His resurrected life in us. The planted seed of Jesus' life that we know from the gospels and New Testament has begun to grow, not to possess, but increasingly to overshadow the old sinful ways with the new life and then overflow into bringing others to Jesus' baptism of 'old life off, clothed in new life'.

Resurrect Life/APTsec - DAILY LIFESTREAM – 7 September 2026

Galatians 3:25-26 Now that the time for faith is here, the Law is no longer in charge of us. It is through faith that all of you are God's children in union with Christ Jesus. THE TIME FOR FAITH. The Law meant here is the Moses Torah Legalism, and wider legalism, which are no longer in charge about "who is God's child?" In the Hindu-Buddhist-Taoist east, the "all God's children" sense of enlightenment as the Aquarius or Nirvana time is very strong. It is individualistically applied, that any and all who conduct life in the 'purification from spirit and soul', we will find that they are children of God. For as we weigh our life on the scales of divine righteousness - the balance of good versus evil in each one of us, and how we are righteousness, "Who is God's child?" seems to answer itself - or does it? Paul who met the resurrected Jesus is forthright - no, not by the balance scales of good versus evil, we are never worthy. But under the renewal of the cross, we are being included with the One Son. Therefore we are under faith, for this is the time for God's children to have maturity.

Resurrect Life/APTsec - DAILY LIFESTREAM – Sunday, 6 September 2026

John 16:15 All that my Father has is mine; that is why I said that the Spirit will take what I give him and tell it to you. ALL THAT THE FATHER HAS IS MINE, said Jesus. With this statement and so many others from Jesus, and his apostles, early Christians taught trinity. It’s not Bible vocabulary, but it is so much a multi-stated Bible teaching, upon which basis it is a Bible Word. But is that what Jesus really meant? This double-guessing Jesus and his apostles’ write up of what He said and who He is, is the heart of ‘scepticising’, a made-up word covering the idea that scepticism can be a long-term trending. First express critical doubt – is it really monotheism, or is Jesus accurately recalled and presented? Isn’t this mythical when dealing with a known human and what we know about humans, especially in our modern ‘world come of age’? Once the doubt becomes an absolute truth, no human can be ‘resurrected’ or ‘trinity’, so commitment to scepticism cancels faith. Jesus had better grasp of life when He said “God is spirit, and those who worship him must worship in spirit and truth”. Scepticism doesn’t find truth, just bites the search for it, and it is not a win. Jesus words “the Spirit will take what I give Him and tell it to you” is reasonable and consistent with what we know of Jesus’ relation to resurrection, so eternity, and to God or deity, so trinity. Is it astounding? Yes. But so is amazing grace. For in this one man who loved us, God has settled sinful human future of now and eternally as being saved through God’s amazing undeserved favour grace, or not. So use amazing grace, or lose it.

Resurrect Life/APTsec - DAILY LIFESTREAM – 5 September 2026

John 16:14 He will give me glory, because he will take what I say and tell it to you. THE HELPER, THE HOLY SPIRIT AND THE FUTURE. John the fisherman apostle writes of Jesus like the other gospel writers and the letters of Paul and James and Peter. Once Jesus is ascended and seated at God's right hand, the future belongs to Jesus in One Father, Son and Holy Spirit trinity. How many are those who attempt to 'seize the day' ' seize the opportunity' or trend of the moment. They may have limited human achievement success, mark a new phase or path of human enterprising, It is often loudly proclaimed that these will lead to some kind of striding to a new 'utopia paradise'. It is not going to arrive, for human sin always brings a falling short to breaks apart any such utopia paradise claims. John's recall is that Jesus' Holy Spirit is to take God's future and enterprise it to us.

Resurrect Life/APTsec - DAILY LIFESTREAM – 4 September 2026

John 16:13-14 When the Spirit of truth comes, he will guide you into all the truth, for he will not speak on his own authority, but whatever he hears he will speak, and he will declare to you the things that are to come. He will glorify me, for he will take what is mine and declare it to you. THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH: THE HELPER WHO GLORFIES JESUS. John's recall of Jesus' Helper, the Holy Spirit teaching, is of He who out of the One Father, Son and Holy Spirit brings glory to Jesus from among humans. He the Spirit 'declares the things that are to come', but please remember that John the fisherman apostle is also the writer of Revelation with the most insight into what is to come than any other. And central to Revelation is this exact same theology - the Spirit glorifies Jesus, the crucified, resurrected and ascended Lamb of God, as is here in John 16:14. The Holy Spirit Helper takes what Jesus at God's right hand has, and declares it to humans.

He will not speak on his own authority, but he will speak of what he hears and will tell you of things to come. THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH Part 3: THE SPIRIT SPEAKING WHAT HE RECEIVES. John the fisherman apostle gives his recall of Jesus saying uniquely new understanding of the spirit - the Spirit speaks what He hears. How different to this 'human constructed' spirit of common humanity idea. The Spirit speaks what He hears within His One God in trinity level is what Jesus meant and what John recalled. A favourite spiritual saying of the east is of 'all rivers lead to the sea, all spiritualities are just different human paths up the same spiritual mountain'. Solomon (970-930 BC) was actually the first user of this, but only meteorologically: Ecclesiastes 1.7. All other 'rivers idea' users are after him, but claiming spirit things. Jesus' Holy Spirit has nothing of this. He speaks out of one Father, Son, Holy Spirit' speaking now come to us in Jesus - and glorifying Jesus.

John 16:13 When, however, the Spirit comes, who reveals the truth about God, he will lead you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own authority, but he will speak of what he hears and will tell you of things to come. THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH Part 2: THE SPIRIT OF GOD, NOT HUMAN SPIRIT.

In our modern world come of age, it's fashionable to speak of spiritual things as of the 'common human Spirit' within all humanity. Educated leaders went around the world, in particular the east, and found many educated enlightened cultures, with extensivey operating religions. This soon came back to the west as "Many people of other faiths are as good as if not better than Christians". So the best religious opinion, and bridge through these divides is that there is a spirit of common humanity behind all of them. Jesus held no such opinion. The Spirit is not just it the divine energy, for He is able to be interacted with personally. And he continues God's self-revealing. There is no opinion of 'spirit of common humanity'. The Spirit of truth opens up the self-revealing of God. This is His Job.

John 16:13 When, however, the Spirit comes, who reveals the truth about God, he will lead you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own authority, but he will speak of what he hears and will tell you of things to come. THE SPIRIT OF TRUTH Part 1: REVEALS THE TRUTH ABOUT GOD. Not all English translations are equal, and the Good News is weak about the Greek of the Helper passages - 'the Helper reveals the truth about God, leads to all truth'. The Greek better says the Helper is the "Spirit of truth", which implies more than a gathering of the world's truthfulnesses. Rather, One of person of divine level who is one with God is of all truth. From this, He the Spirit of truth will reveal God's full truth to the world. There is an outside, external, objective 'truth Spirit' way deeper and beyond any existential 'my feeling of my lived experience of spirit'. We are to know of true spirit by Jesus' Holy Spirit of truth who is beyond and above our limited human capacity. We should not measure spirit other than in Him.
