On the evening of Friday 29th of May the Young People gathered in Conville congregation for their Young People G2G .
The G2G focused on the Onboarding of confirmands into the Young People body of Christ. The topic presented was "Me and My Minister". The Young people had lots of fun and it was a great learning experience.

On Monday 18 May 2026 the ministers of George East district gathered together for their 5th training session. This session was titled "Me and My balance" and focused on the importance as well as the challenges of living a natural and spiritually balanced life.
The topic was very informative and received positive feedback from the ministers who were present.

Saturday 16/05/2026 Parkdene Congregation

Today the George East District attended the online Leadership Training for SS Co ordinators and Young People Leaders at Parkdene Congregation. Our Apostle Area Co-ordinator joined our session and it was wonderful to have Sister Caileen Joubert in our midst. The training was insightful, focusing on leadership and our primary functions as leaders. In our efforts to influence and identify future leaders, we look for potential in individuals and not perfection. We ended off the session with a wonderful fellowship.
