No matter how strong, successful or put together we may seem, there will always be moments that remind us how deeply we need Jesus. When things in our hearts, homes, or lives feel like they’re fading, the answer is not fear but surrender, faith and desperation for His presence. When we take our eyes off ourselves and are moved with compassion, God uses us to see the broken, make disciples, and bring change to our communities. We are called to work in team, speak life, focus on God’s purpose, and walk in the authority Jesus has given us.

Before the commission comes compassion. This message reminds us that the authority of the believer flows from our relationship with Jesus Christ and our identity as His disciples. We do not fight for authority — we fight from authority. Jesus has given His Church authority not for self-promotion, but for restoration: to reach the lost, heal the broken, set captives free, and make disciples. You are not merely saved — you are sent.

True leadership is found in discipleship - following Jesus and helping others do the same. We are called to build a godly legacy, invest in others, and live lives that reflect Christ.
