WCC Delegation meet with President Ramaphosa

Please read about this event, posted on the World Council of Churches website. World Council of Churches (WCC) General Secretary Rev. Prof. Dr Jerry Pillay and the Presidium of the South African Council of Churches (SACC) met with H.E. Cyril Ramaphosa, the President of the Republic of South Africa on 30 July 2026. The delegation included Archbishop Sithembele Sipuka, as President of the South African Council of Churches.

Introduction to the Bible – A Series by the Jesuit Institute

The Jesuit Institute has just released three videos (an hour each), seeking to provide introductions to the Bible. The first one is a general introduction. The second is an introduction to the Pentateuch. The third is an introduction to the Historical Books. They hope to add another six introductions to cover the whole of the Bible: Wisdom Books, Prophets, Gospel, New Testament History (Acts), New Testament Wisdom (Epistles), and finally, New Testament Prophecy (Revelation)....
