Come join us at Gardens over the next 3 Sundays (4th, 11th & 18th) as we journey through a 3 part teaching series entitled 'Destination Jerusalem'. A look at the last weeks of Jesus' life as he heads for Jerusalem and His capture and crucifixion.
This will be followed by HOLY WEEK Services as follows: Palm Sunday (Jesus' triumphal entry into Jerusalem) on 25/03 @ 10am; Tenebrae Service (the encroaching shadows of the cross and Jesus' betrayal in the Garden of Gethsemane) on Thursday 29/03 @ 7pm; Good Friday Service, 30/03 @ 9am; Resurrection Sunday Service (Easter Sunday), 01/04 @ 10am.
If you are available, please join us in worship.

If you're available and able to get to the church this Sunday evening at 6-30, then please join us for worship. It will be a United Service, with members from various congregations and other visitors joining together in worship. ALL WELCOME!!!

@ Gardens we will be celebrating Holy Week (Easter) this year with the following 4 Worship Services:
Sunday 9/04 @ 10am Palm Sunday
Thursday 13/04 @ 7pm Tenebrae Service (including Holy Communion - Service of meditation on the Last Supper, Gethsemane, betrayal of Jesus)
Friday 14/04 @ 9am GOOD FRIDAY
Sunday 16/04 @ 10am RESURRECTION SUNDAY

Excited!!! We will be having a Special Meeting of the Congregation next Sunday morning to formulate a fresh Vision Statement for ourselves as a congregation in the Cape Town City Bowl!!! MAY WE BRING GLORY TO GOD ALONE THROUGH THIS ENDEAVOUR. AFTER ALL IS SAID AND DONE, IT IS HIS CHURCH AND HE WILL BUILT IT (MT 16)...

I am feeling really blessed to be the resident minister of this little church family at Gardens. Charmaine and I have been part of the Gardens Family since we arrived from Quateng in April this year. We look forward to our first Christmas at Gardens as family members (last year we were just visitors). WE WILL CELEBRATE CHRISTMAS AT THE USUAL 9AM SERVICE ON CHRISTMAS DAY....join us if you are in Cape Town.
