Celebrating 58 Years of a Godly Marriage with Pastor Hennie & Dimpels Lubbe ❤️

On 7 September 2026, FreshWind Ministries joyfully celebrates Pastor Hennie & Pastor Dimpels Lubbe as they mark an incredible 58 years of marriage.

For 58 years, they have walked together in love, faith, commitment and unity, keeping God at the centre of their journey. They are a leading example of what a Godly marriage encompasses — two people choosing each other, standing together through every season, serving God side by side, and allowing His love and grace to strengthen their union.
Their lives together are a beautiful testimony that when God is the third strand in a marriage, the bond becomes stronger through every season.

"From Little Faith to Unshakable Faith"

What a powerful Word we received this Sunday!

Life will always bring challenges, and storms are inevitable. But while the enemy never sleeps, our God never sleeps nor slumbers. In Matthew 8:26, Jesus challenged His disciples, not because there was a storm, but because of the condition of their faith.

Pastor Hennie reminded us that God knew every storm we would face before we were even created. His desire is not for us to panic, but to become believers who stand with unwavering confidence in Him.

Key truths from the message:
✨ Don't put your trust in money or earthly security—put your trust in God alone.
✨ Fear should never rule our hearts, for God has given us a spirit of power, love, and a sound mind.
✨ Mature faith is built before the storm arrives.
✨ Unshakable faith is cultivated in the secret place through daily fellowship with God.
✨ Faith comes by hearing the Word of God.
✨ True faith is not emotional excitement or pretending problems don't exist—it is complete confidence in God's promises despite our circumstances.

Pastor Hennie encouraged us to move from little faith to unshakable faith by:
📖 Meditating on God's Word day and night (Joshua 1:8).
🕊️ Developing intimate fellowship with the Holy Spirit (John 14:26).
🙏 Walking in obedience, even when it is uncomfortable (James 2:17).

As we continue to dwell in the presence of God, Christ becomes greater than every fear we face.

"Faith grows when Christ becomes bigger than your fear."

Let's choose to trust God completely and build an unshakable faith that stands firm through every storm.

What a powerful word was preached by Pastor Hennie Lubbe — a reminder that our waiting season is not wasted.

Sometimes we don’t understand God’s plan today, but we can always trust His heart. Just like God worked in the life of Abraham, He is still working in our lives — preparing us for what He has promised.

Faith is preparing the empty vessels before the oil begins to flow. 🫙✨

Prepare your heart, prepare your home, prepare your dreams — because God’s provision is not limited by your situation, and His power is not restricted by your circumstances.

Your Father is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that you ask or think. (Ephesians 3:20)

Happy Mother’s Day 💐

On Mother's Day I want to pause and honor every mother, grandmother, and mother-figure who gives love even when it’s not always easy.
You are seen. Even in the quiet sacrifices, the sleepless nights, the prayers whispered when no one else hears—you are planting seeds of strength and love that will grow for generations to come.
God has entrusted you with a powerful calling, and even on the days you feel tired or unsure, His grace is carrying you further than you realize.

I want to encourage you with Proverbs 31:28
"Her children rise up and call her blessed"

To every mother : keep going, keep loving, keep believing. Heaven is smiling over you, and your impact is greater than you know.

You are appreciated. You are valued. You are loved. 💛

In Isaiah 54:1, the instruction is clear: “Sing, O barren one, break forth into singing and cry aloud.”
It’s powerful because it doesn’t tell us to wait until things change—it calls us to respond before the breakthrough.

So often we find ourselves waiting on God, hoping for the right moment, the right opportunity, the right outcome, but the truth is, God is waiting on us. Waiting for us to shift our posture. Waiting for us to create the atmosphere.

And how do we do that? We praise.

Your situation may not look fruitful right now—but your response can change everything.

Don’t wait for the breakthrough to Praise. Praise, and watch the breakthrough come.
